Edith Lane is a five-piece No Wave Alt Rock band from Melbourne. ‘Eden On The Park’ is a deeply personal album dealing with topics of trauma, abuse and mental illness.
Whilst the album ventured into and explored dark themes; each song played out like a vignette, detailing a moment of beauty in the midst of harrowing events – aiming to lift the audience up rather than bringing them down. Drawing influence from the album’s narrative, an abstracted floral arrangement formed the printed matters embellishment symboling notions of hope, beauty and growth.
